-Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

-During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Charges

-A standard shipping charge of ₹80 is applicable on all orders unless stated otherwise.

-Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times:

-Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

-Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days

-Remote Locations: 7–14 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, WhatsApp, or SMS (where applicable).

Customers can use the tracking information provided to monitor their shipment status.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Shinora will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

-Public holidays

-Natural disasters

-Other circumstances beyond our control

Shinora shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Order Names

  • Product Name

  • Clear photos of the package and product

  • Complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

Delivery Confirmation

Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier partner, Shinora is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers are encouraged to ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
